Welcome to my Supervision Practice.
A supervisee can be anyone of any profession who brings their work experience to another in order to learn from it.
As a qualified BACP registered Supervisor I trained in the Discrimination, Developmental and Seven eyed models of supervision and use these with a blended clinical and humanistic approach to consider your client work from theoretical basis, case formulation and a more relational overview in a way that is best suited to my supervisees needs.
I understand how important it is to find the right supervisor that you feel comfortable and supported to work with, provides the encouragement and guidance for your client work, developmental needs and your wellbeing so you can feel confident, and competent in your professional practice. I recommend booking a free brief chat to see if you feel I could be the right supervisor for you.
I am experienced in supervision work with general adults but additionally specialise in supervising work with children and young people.
I work with supervisees including Individual trainee and qualified counsellors, private practitioners, EAP practitioners, community Interest companies, charitable organisations and
other allied health professionals.
For trainees all supervision reports are included in the cost of supervision.
