Hi, I'm Alison. Welcome to PsycheSense Therapy Service.


If you have come this far I hope this information gives you a better idea of how the service works and to work out if I could be the right therapist for you.  


As a qualified and BACP registered counsellor and clinical supervisor I am experienced working with Adults, Children and Young People.


I am an integrated counsellor. This means I am experienced in working with different forms of therapy including 


Person Centred

Psychodynamic 

Cognitive Behavioural


I integrate these and other therapeutic techniques within my practice to best suit the needs of each individual client. 


Availability

I work both in the day and selective evenings. 

Appointments after 7.30pm onwards are restricted to telephone or online appointments. 

I will aim to agree a suitable day and time for you.

Free 15 minute initial enquiry conversation

£50 per 50 minute session

Concessions for counselling trainees on request

All fees to be paid 48 hours in advance

Convenient for those with geographical barriers or mobility issues saving travel time and costs.
